Our standard service is to spend one day on site, during which we carry out tests, and provide reports, on as many motors as you can make available in the time. Depending on your operation, your electrical operating procedures, and the electrical connections available, this could be between 4 and 12 items of equipment. If you have the appropriate test plugs already fitted to your motor starter panels, you can do all of these measurements without ever having to open the front door of the motor starter, making the whole process quick and easy, and allowing more tests to be completed in one day.
We come to your site and assess your equipment and give you a written report on the same day covering the overall health of your equipment including mechanical, electrical and operational aspects. We bring one of our P100 kits, and show your technicians how easy it is to use, giving them hands-on experience on the day. You need to provide an electrically authorised person to provide access to the inside of electrical cabinets.

For straightforward equipment, the automatically generated reports, that are created in Word format, are normally sufficient to provide a good guide on the health of your equipment, the nature of any faults found, what leads us to the identification of these faults, and advice on what action should be taken as a result.
For more complex equipment, or equipment in more complex situations, further manual analysis and interpretation can be provided, with a written report following a few days after the visit, and a presentation of the results either by phone, teleconference or face-to-face as appropriate.
The charge for a standard on-shore UK test day is £1045 plus travel and subsistence expenses. This cost is refundable against the cost of purchase of a P100 unit if a PO is received within 30 days of the visit.
Offshore test days in the North Sea are priced at £1350 plus T&S.
